This week, I received the following SMS from a patient. “I have been a runner since I was 2 years old – but gave up at age 15 due to being bullied for by big boobs. They would bounce so much when I ran. As an adult – they hurt to run when they were bigger again from having babies….and my muscle separation also gave me challenges with running.
