

RUNNING WITH SMALLER BREASTS... "DAMN IT FELT GOOD!!!"
This week, I received the following SMS from a patient. “I have been a runner since I was 2 years old – but gave up at age 15 due to being bullied for by big boobs. They would bounce so much when I ran. As an adult – they hurt to run when they were bigger again from having babies….and my muscle separation also gave me challenges with running. But now – thanks to you – I am running my first ever half marathon in less than 4 weeks! I ran 17 kms on Sunday and damn it felt good!!
