THE NATURAL SHIFT IN BREAST AUGMENTATION

Earlier this year I was lucky enough to be interviewed by Ms. Ricky Allen, the editor of the Cosmetic supplement for VOGUE Australia. We discussed the rising interest in a natural breast augmentation using fat transferred from an unwanted area of a woman’s body. The article was printed in January’s edition and the response has been very positive.

I use the technique developed by my plastic surgical colleague, Dr Allan Kalus. To date the results have been very pleasing for both patient and surgeon.

The specially treated fat can be used:

• Instead of a breast implant in order to provide a 1-2 cup size enlargement

• In addition to an implant to increase cleavage

• With a Mastopexy or Breast Reduction to provide upper pole fullness.

It is the way of the future.
